Devoted supporters of the actress are demanding that a individual who leaped a barrier and touched the celebrity during the recent Wicked: For Good premiere be arrested or deported from Singapore.

A circulating clip shows the Australian man pushing past media personnel and rushing toward Grande while the performers made its way down a yellow carpet surrounded by fans.

Fellow actress Cynthia Erivo promptly pulled the surprised actress away from Mr Wen, who was seen being led away of the gathering by security officers.

Mr Wen shared on Instagram late on Thursday that he was "let go after being detained", though court documents indicated that he was set to be present on Friday morning. It is unknown if he was formally accused.

Record of Disruptions

This is not an isolated incident for Mr Wen, who labels himself a "Troll Most Hated", has disrupted a celebrity gathering. His Instagram profile includes recordings of him disturbing other star-studded functions, including jumping on stage at Katy Perry's Sydney performance in June this year and in a like fashion during The Chainsmokers performance in the area last winter.

"There needs to be action taken against him as this is evidently a punishable act," wrote an Instagram user, in a message to a video Mr Wen posted of his behavior.

"This appears to be a habit... why are you not imprisoned?" a different Instagram user remarked.

Followers Voice Worry Over the Star's Safety

Several followers criticized Mr Wen for "causing further distress" Grande, who had discussed experiencing PTSD after a terrorist explosion at the conclusion of her 2017 performance in Manchester, killing 22 people and injuring numerous individuals.

"The star has endured numerous terrifying experiences... including the Manchester tragedy, and you believed breaching security was amusing?" commented another message on Instagram.

A number of fans also questioned guards at the premiere for not being vigilant enough; while different individuals called for online networks to remove Mr Wen's videos.

Aftermath and Premiere Information

In videos spreading on the internet, Grande seemed startled when she was touched by the individual. Her co-stars Michelle Yeoh and Erivo can be spotted comforting her while Mr Wen was led out by security.

Grande has not commented on the event, and the remaining proceedings proceeded as normal.

Hundreds of fans had congregated in a sea of green and pink at the Wicked: For Good international premiere in a Singapore venue, including a number who had queued for as long as eight hours before it commenced.

The motion picture, to be premiered on the 21st of November, is the sequel of a two-film adaptation of the well-known Broadway and West End musical Wicked, which focuses on the surprising friendship between two contrasting characters.

The show itself is a derivative of the twentieth-century children's novel The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.

Grande, who acts as the good witch Glinda, was adorned in a champagne pink sparkling outfit at the premiere while Erivo, who portrays the wicked witch, wore a black tube gown decorated with roses.

They were joined by co-star Jeff Goldblum.

The first movie, Wicked, was the most successful film of 2024 in the UK, and scored a dozen Oscar nominations, securing several for best costume and production design.
